FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
[JUNE 23, 2023] – Impact Space Inc., an international non-profit organization committed to empowering African youth, is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of its EmpowerED training workshops in seven African countries.
As part of the International Day of the African Child celebrations, Impact Space, through its dedicated network of volunteers, reached out to transitioning orphans in Zimbabwe, Ghana, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Kenya, Uganda, and Liberia. The workshops focused on equipping these young people with practical skills – from basic computer use to baking, hair braiding, and cloth making, to prepare them for life beyond the orphanage.
“The success of this initiative is a testament to our commitment at Impact Space to harness the power of community and technology in transforming lives,” said Irene Nyarko, the Founder of Impact Space. “Seeing these young people grasp new skills and gain hope for their future is the most rewarding part of our work.”
Impact Space remains dedicated to its mission to empower and uplift underprivileged youth across Africa and beyond. Through its innovative programs, it continues to bring hope and practical solutions to the communities it serves.
