Leaders in Africa have not always responded effectively to the needs of the continent, but there is hope in the rising generation of youth who could play a critical role in building accountability for successful economic transformation, representation, and public service. But the question still remains are they ready to lead with accountability, responsively and responsibly? Are they prepared for the higher calling of leadership, are the values in place for selfless and effective leadership?

VALENTINE OKAFOR is an effective leadership and productivity strategist. With an incredible passion to help individuals achieve exponential results, he brings to bare practical knowledge that translates to wisdom and results.
Through life changing symposia, he has been able to help over 5000 emerging leaders gain clarity of purpose, improve their performance, and achieve exponential results.


As a social innovator, Val initiated a social impact venture tagged Empower the Eaglets project to reach out to students in underserved communities in Nigeria. He also volunteers for several nongovernmental and civil society organizations whose main interest is to transform the education sector of Africa.


He is a Nigerian youth SDGs champion, African ChangeMakers fellow, Commonwealth open source leader, alumnus of the YALI regional leadership conference west Africa and a proud ambassador of the Fela Durotoye Leadership Network.
Val has received some recognitions and awards for his passion towards Effective leadership, productivity and social innovation. Some of the awards and recognitions are as follows:
Award of achievement for reaching out to out-of-school children in Nsukka community from 234 project Texas USA
Special recognition from Young African Leaders Network (YALI) for successfully executing a rural renewal project in

Enugu state Nigeria.
Nomination for the prestigious first baba Isa award for influence through Education and social good.
